Below you will see a selection of material. We will be offering anywhere between 75 and 100 different lots at all times in this section. That means we will continually be adding and deleting material. These changes will be noted on our Message Board accessible from our home page. Therefore, you should check back regularly to see what's available.

When photos are available, you can click on the lot number and that will bring the photo up for your review. Most of the time, we will try to provide you with a photo plus a verbal description of the material. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PHOTOS OF COVERS ALMOST ALWAYS EXAGGERATE COLOR FADING AND TONING FAR BEYOND WHAT EXISTS ON THE COVERS THEMSELVES. PLEASE TAKE THAT INTO ACCOUNT. 2 73 Nice cover bearing a HUGE straddle copy of #73 sent intercity in Portland, CT. Date unknown. Pretty STAR cancel. On nice clean amber cover stock. Slit open cleanly at right. Flap still sealed shut. Measures 3 1/4 by a shortened 6 1/16. Excellent condition. 75.00 25.00 Available

3 158 Rather common stamp on this one. Key here is the "Carrier" cancel on the backside, dated Nov. 18 (no year). Envelope is 3 3/8 x 5 1/2. Bright yellow. With the cancel and color it makes it a neat collectable. Good condition. Sealed at flap. 8.75 5.00 Available

4 210 One gorgeous well centered copy of the Scott #210 on a pale lavender 3 1/8 x 4 7/8 envelope. Cover has been slit at left side and bottom, but very neatly. Postmarked Feb. 4, 1885 with NY backstamp. .70 3.50 Sold!!

8 246/251 Nice, very clean cover carrying both a .01 and .02 Bureau Regular issues of 1894. Great color on both stamps. Reasonable cancels as well. 23 782 Scott #782 on a Post Office Dedication Cover from Arizona. Datestamped 11/14/36 and sent from Phoenix to Berkeley, CA. Still sealed shut. A couple minor tears on back and some typical glue stains; o/w pretty clean. Measures 3 1/2 X 6 1/2. Former dealer asked 10 bucks for this one. We can do MUCH better!! A super combination of postage including a $1.00 Scott #1052, a couple of other stamps as well as a postage meter. Sent via airmail with return receipt requested. 25 Prexies Interesting combo of 8 Prexies sent via Air Mail from Springfield, SD to Germany?. Label at bottom covers Country but my guess is Germany as senders name Wolfram Hohl. 27 C30 Quite the cover here! This one was sent from Miami Beach, FL on 12/2/1946 to GERMANY. Contains censorship stamp and censorship tape (on both sides) as well as a Christmas "seal" on back which is scanned for your review. Sender was from New York City and must have been enjoying the summer sun of Florida for the winter. A very interesting cover and in very good shape. Slit open cleanly at bottom. 49 HOTEL From the Albert Pike Hotel in Little Rock. At first glance, the front of this cover looks plain with a bit of "glue bleeding". If you look closely, this is actually the back of the cover. The flip side (on the second scan) is extremely colorful and quite descriptive. So, give this one a chance to load before passing judgment. Datestamped in Little Rock on 8/20/40. 57 R15/paper Nice collectable revenue on bank check. Check dated 1869 from the Real Estate Savings Bank of Holden, Lentz, and Sallade in Williamsport, PA. In pretty good shape.
